When you use RYZE, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and profile data (age, weight, height, fitness goals). We also collect usage data including food scan images, nutritional logs, and app interaction patterns to improve our AI models and your experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve the RYZE service: generating nutritional analysis from food scans, personalizing AI coaching recommendations, tracking your progress toward goals, and improving our food recognition AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Food scan images are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers beyond the analysis period unless you explicitly opt in to help improve our AI. Your account data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data from the app settings. To request data deletion, contact us at privacy@ryze.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
