3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, using the service for any illegal purpose, or creating multiple accounts to abuse free tiers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, branding, and software associated with RYZE are the intellectual property of RYZE Labs International. You retain ownership of your personal data and content you create within the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

RYZE is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of our nutritional tracking and coaching services. Our AI provides estimates and suggestions based on available data. Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes.
